Do I get one file per page?
It depends on the job options. If you give a range, you keep that piece. Otherwise the engine may split into single sheets.
Can I send only appendix B?
Yes: split or extract, then download that part. Don’t keep the whole booklet in an email if you don’t need it.
Does quality drop?
No, I don’t recompress on my own. Weight drops because you remove pages, not because I lower the dpi.
