Put a signature on the PDF, no printer tray
They asked you to sign and send back. You place the ink, download, send. I don’t certify identity and I don’t replace a notary: it’s the signature you can see, like a pen.
Drop the PDF you want to sign
Then you draw the signature, upload it or type your name, and place it on the page. It works without an account too.
This is a visible signature on the sheet, not a qualified digital signature (SPID/CIE/eIDAS).
Transparent PNG, often bottom-right if the sheet is built that way. Tidy crooked pages with Edit PDF first. Not a qualified electronic signature. If they wrote SPID, CIE, timestamp or eIDAS, this page is not enough. Compress afterwards if mail refuses the weight, and check the stroke still reads. Questions, short answers
Does it count as a digital signature or SPID?
No. Visible signature: an image on the sheet. Not eIDAS, not CIE, not a notarial deed.
Where do I place it?
In the box. On many Italian contracts that’s bottom-right. Not on the total, not on the cover “so they see it”.
Do I have to print first?
No, if visible ink on screen is enough. Yes, if they asked for paper original or a protocol scan.
